CSC had three great weeks in Ocala. Congratulations to the Blomstrom family, owners of Starry Night, “Rubin” was Reserve Champion in the High Pre-Green and Low Hunter divisions in week one. He also won Champion in the High Pre-Green in week three. Kristen Blomstrom won good ribbons in the Children’s Hunters on Rubin all three weeks. Kristen also showed well on MTM Capiche week two in the 12-13 Equitation and Children’s Hunters. Final Applause, owned by the Reid Family, had a great first show with CSC Farm. He won Champion ribbons in the Low Hunter in the first week and was Champion in the Pre-Green and Low Hunter in week three. We are very excited about this new prospect. Taylor Reid competed in her first Jumper Classic, went clean, and ended up 12th overall out of 67 entries. Taylor and her new jumper, Cholon, have a great future, which was apparent in their first show together – only knocking three rails down in three weeks. MTM First Class Ticket competed at 3’6” for the first time in Ocala. “Corky” won the model in the first week and was Reserve Champion in the Green Confirmation in the second week. Madeline Pierce rode Corky to Reserve Champion in the Limit Adult Equitation. Bianca was Reserve Champion the first two weeks and Champion the third week in Small Green Pony Hunter. Thank you goes out to Ashton Alexander for riding “Emily” and her trainers David and Stacey Sanderson for all the guidance. Emily stayed with David and Stacey to finish the Ocala Circuit and won Circuit Champion. |
